In the company are available machine tools, instrumentations,
research and development tools and all the facilities necessary
to reach the research center and industrial department goals.
RESEARCH
& DEVELOPMENT
A computer subnet is available, integrated in the company
net, usable for research, calculus, design and simulation
activities. Else the microelectronic, electronic, micromechanic
and mechanic Cae and Cad tools, are used calculus and electronic
devices development software. Last generation applications
helped by libraries which models are been developed by year
inside the company, are used for functional electronic simulations
and reliability and maintainability calculus.
DIE
TESTING
The equipment available in the company allows high precision
electrical tests execution on standard and/or custom die using
probes and probe cards. The tests are managed by a computerized
system both for alignment or measure operations.
WIRE
BONDING
The active company process allows executing high precision bond
on every kind of substrate, also of big dimensions, maintaining
the device fix; the bond and the geometrical parameters are
automatically corrected to compensate the inevitable physical
and geometrical differences from point to point, presents normally
on the in use substrates.
LIQUID
DISPENSING
The encapsulating, gluing and solder past dispensing is make
automatically using a machine provided of a particular pump.
The pump is a volumetrically pump and allows high precision
dispensing; a viewing and computer control system allows a completely
automatic working.
 
CURING
The curing must be executed or in temperature or with thermo
vacuum cycles. The thermo vacuum cycles are used to obtain the
requirements outgassing specs during gluing and however to eliminate
the thermo labile substances.
METROLOGY
A
high precision three-dimensional measurement machine allows
measurements also on big dimension pieces with high productivity.
The machine has a thermal correction system that compensates
the ambient, machine and trying piece temperatures. The machine
is managed by an external computer and works totally automatically.
For the more difficult measurement the measure head is optic;
this system allows remarks on the three axes without physical
contact with the piece. Really the machine has a rack which
allows the automatic measurement system change; the rack contains
all tolls necessary to execute automatically the change between
the taster and the optic head choosing also the optics type.

INSTRUMENTS
A laboratory instruments series allows high precision measurements.
All instruments are integrable on test desks reconfigurable and
computer controlled by LabView software.
RF
MEASUREMENT TEST SET
For RF measurement is available a test set with high performances
which allow measurements till 40GHz.
CLIMATIC
TEST
For ambient tests is available a climatic chamber for extreme
temperature test and possibility of humid cycles. The chamber
is computer controlled and works totally automatically.
