TEAM, STAFF AND TRAINING
Each project is direct by a Project Manager. The Project Manager
assumes the work direction to ensure the contract objective reaching.
The Project Manager is the official company representative in
the relations with the customers. Are under the Project manager
responsibility: the work team direction, the under contracting
coordination, the conflict solution, the temporal planning, the
technical contractual documents supervising and approvingly and
the contract meeting organization.
The contractual aspect care is under the company Contract Officer
responsibility. The Contract Officer guarantees the correct application
in the company of the contractual clauses during the activities
development. The legal, administrative and financial contractual
aspects, including the reflexes derived from the relationship
with under contracting and the cure of eventual judicial inquiry,
which must be necessary for contractual modification proposal,
are under the Contract Officer responsibility. The Contract Officer
supports the Project Manager during the activities and cures the
total respect of all financial and tributaries aspects.

The industrial and work security aspects are cured by the Safety
and Security Manager. The Safety and Security Manager guarantees
the security work requirement application and the industrial security
one, prescribed and/or achieved the contract and the in force
law’s norms; these maintain the necessary contacts with
the correspondent representative at the customers and eventual
subcontractors.
All the company working staff is submitted at formation in agree
with Company System prescription. The staff before entering the
company made specific training courses; for the design staff are
been applied specialization didactical modules teached by a university
staff.
